In the app: Settings → Cloud art studio → sign in → Delete account and data. Confirm only if you want to permanently remove the account, cloud artwork and cloud progress. Deletion begins after five minutes. Local bundled-art progress remains on the device; clear app data to remove it.
Without the app: email Admin@AmeerUSA.com from the email registered to your GemColor account, with subject “Delete my GemColor account”. We will verify ownership and process the request, normally within 30 days. Do not send a password. Cloud image versions are removed; isolated recovery backups can persist for up to 35 days, logs for 14 days. Previously exported copies are not under our control.
